Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and participation in the London Cigar Tour (“Tour”). By booking the Tour, you agree to abide by these Terms.
Booking & Confirmation
2.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, email, or authorized booking partners.

2.2 Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit (if applicable) and a confirmation email from us.

2.3 Participants must be at least 18 years old. A valid ID may be required.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled Tour time are eligible for a full refund.

3.2. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the Tour are non-refundable.

3.3. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

3.4. To request a cancellation or reschedule, please contact us via email or phone with your booking details.
Changes & Cancellations by Us
4.1. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, venue closures, or government restrictions.

4.2. In the event of cancellation by us, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Tour Experience & Participant Responsibilities
5.1. The Tour includes visits to premium cigar lounges and/or retailers. Participants are responsible for complying with venue policies.

5.2. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas at participating venues.

5.3. Any additional purchases made during the Tour (e.g., cigars, drinks) are the participant’s responsibility.

5.4. Participants must conduct themselves respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive behavior without refund.
Liability & Disclaimers
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury sustained during the Tour, except where caused by our negligence.
